Shipping Information
Products
offered at this site are currently only available for delivery within the
continental United States, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, and Mexico.
Shipping rates
are higher for packages sent outside of the continental United States. Orders
shipped to destinations outside the U.S. are subject to all applicable customs
charges which will be in addition to your order.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. In stock items are normally shipped
next day, and will always be shipped within five business days at the very most.
You will be kept posted by e-mail on the status of your order as it changes.
We work to get
your order to you as quickly as possible. If there is any delay, we
will notify you immediately. Please note that items on the same
order are not always shipped together.
Gifts by York
ships all products via UPS ground by default. However, UPS Next Day Air delivery
service is available at an additional cost. UPS Next Day Air service is based on
the date your order is filled, not the date your order is placed. For
this option, orders are filled in 48 hours, then shipped via UPS Next Day Air.
Packages
shipped to Alaska are shipped via UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air. This is
the only service UPS offers to Alaska. Weekend delivery is not available.
Packages cannot be shipped to a post office box.

used as a general guideline for determining shipping costs. Note that
heavier items or items shipped individually may cause the shipping rate to
increase.

Return Policy
Gifts by York is fully committed to
your satisfaction! If your purchase does not meet your expectations
for any reason, please contact our customer service department for
immediate assistance. If you are not satisfied with your
product (except software and certain other custom-made or special
order products), you may return it to us within 30 days after
the date of purchase for exchange or refund.
For non-defective items, shipping and handling charges will not be
reimbursed. Once we receive your returned merchandise, a check for
the credit amount will be sent directly to you, or a credit will be
issued to your credit card. For your protection, we recommend that
you return your item by a traceable method and have it insured.

All returned
goods must have an RMA number, copy of Invoice, and problem stated.
All returned goods must be returned in original package with
manuals. ESD (downloadable) products cannot be refunded or
exchanged.
